Goodbye 2025. Here we come, 2026!
We're just a few days into 2026 so this is a great time to look ahead at the blank canvas of the new year.
One of the big mistakes people make when creating goals is that they are too vague and so are more likely to fail. Vague goals like “Be happier” , “Eat healthier.” or “Exercise more” do not give us much direction of how to make it happen.
Instead when making goals, remember that less is more. Better to pick 1 - 3 goals that are specific and measurable.
Take a few minutes this week to reflect on 2025 and prepare for the new year by crafting measurable, small goals that will glad you closer to what you’re wanting in 2026.
